Most customers choose 1st class shipping with USPS for their orders. Recently, I have noticed some delays with this method of shipping. It has not been occurring with all orders, shipped 1st class, but a small handful. I highly encourage you to consider shipping Priority First Class with USPS. The biggest reason is that is insures your package and in the event that the package is lost, a claim can be filed with USPS. When you choose 1st class shipping with USPS you are only given a tracking number and the package is not insured, and if it is lost, a claim cannot be filed with USPS. It is frustrating for me when items do not arrive on time to their destination, and it hurts me as a small business, when this happens. I have disclaimers in each of my listing descriptions, which state that I cannot be held financially responsible for items that are lost, damaged, delayed or mishandled while in the care/transit of USPS. Everything I make, is made to order, and sometimes I am unable to recreate many items, and resend out at my expense, due to the delays within USPS. Please understand that I am a small business owner, who works alone, and I make every attempt on my end to track things down, however I have no control over how things are handled once items/packages are in the hands of USPS. I do not offer refunds on orders that are lost, damaged, delayed or mishandled while in the care of USPS.
