About Me

Owner/Creator
KoaBear Kreations, formerly KoaBear Bandanas™️, started February 2016 with a few bandanas being gifted to Instagram fur friends. In May of 2016, I retired from the corporate world, and marketed my small one woman business with the love & support of many fans via Instagram, and have been creating for customers around the world, non-stop ever since! My ShihPoo (shihtzu/poodle) named KoaBear is my inspiration. In 2018, our family added Honi, a rescue CavaTzu (Cavalier King Charles/shihtzu) from South Korea.
Along with my dogs, I have a loving and supportive husband and three grown “human” children. Designing fashion for your beloved fur babies is my passion and the ultimate joy is seeing your fur babies in my creations.
My design background: I learned to sew at 10 years old by watching my grandmother and my mom. In high school, I created my own patterns to make my own unique clothing. I attended fashion design school at Brooks College for Design in Long Beach, California in the late 80s.
